This policy applies to everyone using Ayavi. customers posting work and licensed pros bidding on the board. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, content removal, and forfeiture of fees paid.
What you may not do
- Misrepresent identity, license, or insurance.Bidding under another pro’s license or listing expired credentials is grounds for immediate removal.
- Bid on or accept work outside your licensed trade or class.
- Post or solicit services outside your license scope. Includes healthcare work requiring credentials you do not hold, or disguising non-licensed services as regulated work.
- Take work off-platform.Pros must not pressure customers to move bids, payments, or communications off Ayavi after being introduced through a posting on the bid board. This deprives both parties of verification records, scope Q&A history, and reputation accountability.
- Post illegal, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content.
- Misrepresent scope or market type. Commercial-scale work posted under standard pricing tiers, or miscategorized license categories.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access without written permission.
- Manipulate ratings or bids. No fake reviews, review-trading rings, or shill bidding.
- Discriminate. Refusal to serve a customer based on protected characteristics is grounds for removal.
- Bring weapons, drugs, or unsafe conduct to a job site.
Reporting
File a complaint at ayavimarket.com/report. Include the job ID, what happened, and supporting evidence. We review within 5 business days; safety or fraud reports same day.
Ayavi hosts the bid board and verifies credentials. We do not mediate scope or quality disputes. See Terms § 4.1.
Enforcement
- First minor violation. written notice and required correction.
- Second or major violation. temporary suspension pending review.
- Severe or repeat violations. permanent removal; we may report to licensing boards or law enforcement.
- False complaint. grounds for removal of the filer.
